The company
Blackstone Interiors is the Pakistan operation of Blackstone International FZE, United Arab Emirates. Since 2010, our work has included luxury interiors, exteriors, homes, villas, new construction and renovation. The working base is Islamabad. Design, planning, implementation and finishing are taken from that desk. Material supply runs on a schedule to Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad and Gujranwala, and to other cities when the order justifies the run.

Selected property partnerships follow a separate model: source a plot or underperforming house, agree the scope and budget, build or renovate, then take the finished property to market. Blackstone Interiors shares in the result under written terms agreed for that project. See how the partnership works. The work is not limited to houses. Apartments, villas, offices, clinics, hospitals, schools, warehouses and other commercial units are in the same scope. A client can take the full path, from survey to handover, or stop at drawings, at supply, or at the finishing layer. The sample library on this site is the selection tool for wallpaper, jute, murals, rollers, fabrics and blinds. Panels, marble and made-to-measure curtains are specified from site measurements.
Specification and procurement sit together. A finish schedule names the book, the page and the reference, so a Carmen wallpaper, a Bronte jute roll or a mural from the 320-design book is not redescribed in a second email. Blind types confirmed for the range are darkout rollers, sunscreen rollers, pleated and jacquard, wooden blinds, Verman blinds, and vertical and roller blinds. Installation can be inside a fit-out or booked alone.
Rates follow the drawing. Area, city, access and whether the building stays in use all move the number. A Blue Area office, a Bahria villa and a Faisalabad mill office do not share a per-foot tariff, so none is published. The quotation states lead time, including the road run from Islamabad when the site is in Lahore, Karachi or another dispatch city.
Photography on the marketing pages is finish direction, not a claim of completed Blackstone projects. Project photographs will be added only when they are from this operation. Pattern numbers printed inside a scan are visible on the sample. They are not all transcribed into the search index yet, so a search by book and page is reliable, and a search by a printed code such as 66112 is not.
Four offers, which can be bought separately. Design is the survey, the planning drawings and the finish schedule. Planning is quantities, lead times and a cost against that schedule. Implementation is the fit-out on site: partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery and paint. Finishing and supply is the layer people touch: wallpaper, jute, murals, curtains, blinds, panels and marble, installed by us or delivered to another contractor.
The books currently loaded are the selection range, not a claim that every interior product in Pakistan is stocked. If a pattern is not in the 43 books, the desk says so. Bronte jute rolls are specified at 3 ft by 31 ft. Mural designs are specified by page in the 2025–26 book of 320. Blind books are specified by series: Fantasy darkout, roller darkout 1900 and 6000, sunscreen 2000 SD, pleated and jacquard 1300 and 3000, wooden 340–070, Verman 01–24.
Coverage is deliberate. Regular supply is Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad and Gujranwala. Fit-out elsewhere in Pakistan is quoted, with travel and supervision in the number. A client comparing us with a Karachi contractor should read the Karachi page, because supervision is priced in rather than implied by a national slogan.
