From first concept to a finished, cared-for property.

Blackstone Interiors has worked in the market since 2010. We design, build and renovate homes and villas, including exterior architecture and high-end interior fit-out. We also take residential and commercial interiors from first survey to last finish. Hospitals, clinics, schools, warehouses and offices are in the same scope as houses. Design

Measured survey where the city allows it, space planning, ceiling and lighting intent, joinery direction and a finish schedule. The schedule names the wallpaper book, the blind type and the stone, so procurement is not a second argument. Design can be issued for a local contractor if the client does not want our site team. Drawings are a deliverable, not a free sketch on WhatsApp.

Planning

Quantities, lead times for imported wallcoverings and murals, phasing for an occupied office or clinic, and a cost against the specification. A rate moves with area, city, access and whether the building stays in use. Planning also decides what is supplied from the Islamabad desk and what is bought locally because the lead time will not hold.

Implementation

Partitions, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, paint and coordination of the interior package. Islamabad and Rawalpindi are local work. Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and other cities are quoted with travel and supervision included, so the number can be compared with a local contractor. We do not imply a permanent site office in every city.

Finishing and supply

Wallpaper, jute, canvas murals, curtains, darkout and sunscreen rollers, pleated and jacquard, wooden blinds, Verman blinds, vertical blinds, wall panels and marble. Samples on file are selected before the rate is asked. Installation can sit inside the fit-out or be scheduled alone. Snagging is part of finishing, not a courtesy visit.

What a complete brief contains

City and locality, unit type, approximate area, whether the building is occupied, drawings if they exist, and any design reference already chosen. Without those, the desk asks for them before pricing. A one-line request can be acknowledged. It cannot be turned into a serious rate.

Included, and not included

Included when the stage is purchased: the survey where we are engaged to visit, the finish schedule, the quotation against that schedule, site implementation of the interior package, and snagging of our own work. Supply orders include the stated quantity dispatched to the stated city.

Not included unless written in: structural work, authority fees, loose furniture, appliances, medical equipment, and any material that is not in the approved schedule. A client who adds a mural after paint is on the wall is buying a variation, not discovering that it was free.

Payment on the website is not live. Fit-out remains quotation-first even after PayFast or JazzCash is connected. Checkout, when it exists, is for fixed supply codes only.
