Drawings and finish schedule
Space planning, material direction and a schedule a site team can build, issued from the Islamabad desk for Lahore.
Coverage / Lahore
Lahore
Lahore is a regular supply city and a quoted fit-out city. DHA and its phases, Gulberg, Bahria, Model Town, Johar Town, Valencia and the commercial belts are the usual briefs. Lead time includes the road run from Islamabad and is stated on the quotation, not hidden in a slogan.
Design from the Islamabad desk can start on drawings before a site team is booked. Planning covers quantities, imported wallcovering lead times and phasing for occupied offices. Implementation is the fit-out itself: ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery and paint. Finishing is marble, panels, wallpaper, murals, curtains and blinds, either inside the fit-out or as a supply-and-install package.
Institutional work is in scope. A clinic in Gulberg, a school library, a warehouse office on the industrial side and a house in DHA are specified differently, then priced against that specification. Curtain and blind selection is done from the sample grid: darkout for bedrooms and hospital rest rooms, sunscreen for offices, wooden and Verman blinds where the opening wants a harder finish, pleated and jacquard where the fabric is the feature.
Send the locality, the area and the design reference. A Lahore rate comes back against that, not against a national average.

Fit-out
Ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, paint, then wallpaper, blinds, curtains, panels or marble.
Supply
Wallpaper, jute, 320 murals, darkout, sunscreen, wooden and Verman blinds, pleated, floral and plain fabrics.
Lahore quotations should name the phase or the neighbourhood, DHA, Gulberg, Bahria, Model Town, Johar Town or Valencia. Occupied offices need a phasing note. Houses need the covered area. The road run from Islamabad is part of the lead time and is written on the quotation.
Design, planning, implementation and finishing remain available. Supply books are the same set as Islamabad: wallpaper, jute, 320 murals, darkout, sunscreen, pleated and jacquard, floral, linear, abstract, plain, Trendz, wooden blinds and Verman blinds. Vertical blinds are quoted from measurements. Select a sample before asking for the rate, and include the page reference in the brief.
