Drawings and finish schedule
Space planning, material direction and a schedule a site team can build, issued from the Islamabad desk for Karachi.
Coverage / Karachi
Karachi
Karachi supply covers Clifton, DHA, PECHS, Gulshan and the commercial districts. Fit-out supervision is priced into the Karachi rate because the desk is in Islamabad. That is stated up front so the quotation is comparable with a local contractor.
The scope does not shrink because the city is far. Homes, offices, hospitals, schools and warehouse offices can all be designed, planned, implemented and finished. Drawings and the finish schedule can be issued first. Site implementation is booked when the specification and the access plan are agreed. Material can also travel alone: wallpaper, jute, murals, rollers, wooden blinds and fabric, with installation scheduled separately.
The sample library is the selection tool. A Clifton dining room can pick a canvas mural from the 320-design book. A DHA bedroom can pick a darkout. An office reception can pick a non-woven wallpaper from Carmen, Metropolis or Iconic and a fluted panel from the fit-out package. Marble and curtain making are quoted from measurements, not from a shelf price.
Put the Karachi locality in the brief, plus area and the design reference if one is already chosen. Other Sindh cities are on demand.

Fit-out
Ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, paint, then wallpaper, blinds, curtains, panels or marble.
Supply
Wallpaper, jute, 320 murals, darkout, sunscreen, wooden and Verman blinds, pleated, floral and plain fabrics.
Karachi quotations should name Clifton, DHA, PECHS, Gulshan or the commercial district, and whether someone can receive the goods. Supervision days are a line in the fit-out rate. Supply-only orders do not include those days. A client who wants drawings only should say so, because that scope does not need a site team.
Design, planning, implementation and finishing remain available. Supply books are the same set as Islamabad: wallpaper, jute, 320 murals, darkout, sunscreen, pleated and jacquard, floral, linear, abstract, plain, Trendz, wooden blinds and Verman blinds. Vertical blinds are quoted from measurements. Select a sample before asking for the rate, and include the page reference in the brief.

This opens WhatsApp with your brief so the Islamabad desk can price it. No online payment is taken on this form.
