Where we work

Every unit type the setup is built for.

The method changes with the building. The desk does not. Each sector below is a real scope, with the finishes that usually belong in it and the cities where it is quoted.

Residential

Houses, apartments and villas in Islamabad sectors, Bahria, DHA, Gulberg Greens, Lahore DHA and Gulberg, and Karachi Clifton and DHA. The package can include space planning, false ceilings, joinery, flooring, paint, wall panels, curtains, blinds and a feature wall. Bedrooms usually take darkout. Living rooms take sunscreen, pleated fabric or a mural. Baths and lobbies are where marble is specified. A residential rate needs the society or sector, the covered area and the finish level.

Offices and commercial

Receptions, work floors, meeting rooms and shop fronts. Blue Area, Murree Road, Gulberg and Clifton are typical. The planning issue is occupation: a live office is phased so one side can keep working. Finishes are harder-wearing than a house: sunscreen rollers, linear or plain fabrics, wall panels, and a wallpaper only where the reception needs it. A commercial quotation says which floors stay in use.

Hotels

Rooms, lobbies, terraces and outdoor seating. The package can include laminate or vinyl floors, wall panels, lighting, outdoor furniture and artificial grass. A terrace with stone tiles, a grass circle and seating is a normal hotel or villa outdoor brief. A hotel rate needs the room count, the terrace area and whether the building stays open.

Construction with the fit-out

Interior construction sits with the finish: partitions, ceilings, flooring and wall works, quoted so the space is handed over complete. This is not a structural shell or an authority approval. It is the interior build that the design is drawn for.

Hospitals and clinics

Waiting, consult and admin interiors. The specification favours cleanable surfaces, quieter colour and a clear path from door to desk. Darkout belongs in rest rooms. Public waiting can take a restrained wallpaper or a plain panel, not a domestic mural, unless the client asks for one. We do not claim clinical certification. We specify interior finishes and install them.

Schools

Classrooms, libraries and staff rooms. Durable panels, acoustic control and daylight matter more than a feature wall. Wooden or Verman blinds suit openings that take hard wear. A school package is quoted per block, not per desk, and the holiday window is written into the programme when the client gives it.

Warehouses and industrial

Site offices, showroom fronts and staff rooms inside an industrial shell. Faisalabad mill admin and Gujranwala industrial units are a normal brief. The shell stays industrial. The fit-out is the occupied layer: partitions, a ceiling where the office needs one, darkout or sunscreen, and a floor that can be cleaned. We do not price a warehouse as if it were a villa.

Special finishes

Book-matched marble, fluted and acoustic panels, canvas murals and curtain packages can be a standalone supply. They can also be the last layer of a fit-out. Selection for books on file is done on the Select page. Marble and panels are specified from measurements and a sample approval.

What is usually outside the sector package

Structural alteration, facade work and authority approval are outside an interior fit-out unless they are written into the brief. Loose furniture is outside unless the client asks for a supply line. Medical equipment, school desks and warehouse racking are not our package. We finish the room those things sit in.

A hospital package does not include clinical planning by a health authority. A school package does not include curriculum furniture unless it is specified. A warehouse package does not include the industrial slab or the loading dock. Saying this on the page is how a quotation stays comparable.

Each sector can still take the same finishing books. A clinic waiting room and a Gulberg living room can both be wallpapered from Carmen or Metropolis. The specification changes. The book does not have to.
