Interiors, fit-out and supply in Islamabad.

The Islamabad desk is the base for survey, specification and dispatch. A project in F-6, F-7, F-8, F-10, F-11, E-7, Blue Area, DHA, Bahria, Gulberg Greens or B-17 is treated as a local site, not an outstation job. Design, planning, implementation and finishing can be taken together, or the client can stop at drawings, or at material supply only.

Residential work covers apartments, houses and villas: space planning, false ceilings, joinery, flooring, paint, wall panels, curtains and the finish schedule. Office work covers receptions, work floors and meeting rooms in Blue Area and the newer commercial blocks, phased so a live office can stay open. Hospital and clinic interiors are specified for cleanable surfaces, quieter palettes and clear waiting circulation. School packages cover classrooms, libraries and admin rooms with durable panels and acoustic control. Warehouse and site-office fit-outs are quoted as industrial shells, not dressed up as houses.

Material supply from this desk includes wallpaper and jute wallcoverings, canvas murals, darkout and sunscreen rollers, pleated and jacquard fabrics, wooden blinds, Verman blinds, vertical and roller blinds, plus curtains, panels and marble on a project rate. Bronte jute rolls are 3 ft by 31 ft, 93 sq ft. The 2025–26 mural book holds 320 designs. Each sample can be selected on the Select page and sent with the city.

A rate is built from area, access, whether the building is occupied, and the finish level. We do not publish a flat per-foot price, because a Blue Area floor and a Bahria villa do not share one number. Send the sector, approximate area and the designs you have already picked.
