A usable brief names the city, the locality, the unit type, the approximate area, and whether you want design, fit-out, finishing or supply only. If you have already chosen a sample, paste the book and page. If you have drawings, say so. The desk will ask for them. A rate is not issued against “full house interior” with no area and no city.
Islamabad and Rawalpindi surveys are the shortest loop. Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad and Gujranwala are scheduled. Other cities are accepted on demand and the travel is written into the quotation. Office hours for a reply should be treated as a working-day response, not an instant shop checkout.
The desk checks the city, the unit type and whether a design reference was included. If the area is missing, that is the first question. If drawings exist, those are requested before a fit-out number. A supply-only enquiry can be priced from quantities and the sample reference without a survey. A fit-out enquiry in Islamabad or Rawalpindi can be surveyed. A fit-out enquiry in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad or Gujranwala is priced with the visit included, or design is issued first and the visit is a second step.
