Coordinate MEP early
Water, drainage, power, extraction, lighting and AC routes are planned before cabinetry is manufactured. We also provide practical access for valves, traps and appliances.
Specify surfaces for use
A stone or stone-look island must be chosen for stain resistance, edge safety, cleaning and available slab or sheet sizes. We review the actual material sample and joining strategy.
Deliver as one scope
Blackstone can develop the design, procurement schedule, joinery drawings and installation plan, then quote the confirmed site-specific build and handover.
